Left Outer Pedal: 12″ Drumstick – Top Hat Cymbal* Striker, Stick Percussion, Mountable Percussion, or play up to 14″ Cymbals* (with Farmer Cymbal Mount sold separately), or up to 18″ Cymbals* (with Farmer Bass Spurs sold separately)
Left Inner Pedal: mounts up to 14″ Hi Hat Cymbals* – Open/Close
Left Heel Pedal: 9″ Drumstick – 12″ Snare DrumÂ
Right Heel Pedal: 9″ Drumstick – 12″ Snare DrumÂ

For this option, the FootDrum would be made symmetrically Left and Right of center. Two Inner BassDrum Pedals, Two Outer Snare Pedals, Two Heel Snare Pedals and the option of a Fixed Hi Hat Mounted out front of the Left or Right of the FootDrum for 9 and 12 Pedal options.

Pedal 1:
This pedal is set up to be a top hat cymbal striker. Possible variations include Stick or Mountable Percussion (mounting hardware included).
Pedal 6:
This pedal is set up to get a crash sound with the bottom hat striker. Possible variations include adjusting it to be a snare drum striker or mounting a Stick Percussion sound. Can also play anything mounted outside of the FootDrum on the right side, down low.
Pedal 8:
This pedal is set up to play the Snare Drum with a release hit, dragging the sound out over 1-4 softer notes. Possible variations include Stick Percussion or possibly a 7″> mounted splash cymbal.
Pedal 9:
This pedal is set up to play Egg Shaker Stick Percussion. Possible variations include Mountable Percussion or a crash/splash striker.
Pedal 10:
This pedal is set to play Mountable Percussion like a crash/splash. Possible variations include other Stick Percussion. When retracted in stow mode, a drumstick plays an internally mounted wood clacker for a stick on stick ‘snap’ sound.
Pedal 11:
This pedal is set to play a Jingle Stick Percussion. Possible variation is to play other Stick Percussion or a pair of mounted Finger Cymbals for a clear bell like sound (sold separately).
Pedal 12:
This pedal is set up to play Mountable Percussion. Possible variations include Stick Percussion. When retracted in stow mode, a drumstick plays an internally mounted wood clacker for a stick on stick ‘snap’ sound.
You must add a pair of hi hat cymbals to complete your FootDrum. We do not to include them because they vary widely in sound, quality, and price and we feel more comfortable leaving that decision up to each musician. Select from what we offer and your FootDrum will be shipped with them installed or, if you prefer, you can install your own pair of cymbals.
You will also have the option to mount a crash or splash cymbal on your FootDrum. This could be played with pedal #9, #10, #11 and/or #12 as well the #8. The mounting hardware is included with the 12 Pedal FootDrum V.10.
In an effort not to overwhelm you we have selected three Sabian lines that pair nicely with the FootDrum and satisfy a range of sound preferences and budgets: entry level XSR, mid-range AAX, and hand-hammered HHX. If you want a different Sabian cymbal please let us know – we are authorized Sabian dealers and can likely get it for you. We now offer eight solid finish color choices: (Golden Brunette, Natural Blonde, Fiery Red, Midnight Black, Bohemian Green, Lake Michigan Blue, Snowy White and Smoky Gray). The primary color is applied to the top board, bass drum shell, and front quarter panels. The secondary color is applied to the sides, bass counterhoops, snare shell, and inside frame.
