The Farmer Simple Snare 10″ has low-mass Farmer lugs and an adjustable fan (half) German Brass snare wires that create a snappy, staccato sound with less resonance and overtones than the classic two-headed snare drum. If you loosen the fan snare pressure, you’ll get a more delicate snare rattle.
The Farmer Simple Snare 10″ pairs well with the Farmer DownBeat Pedal (w/ DownBeat Snare Mount), and also comes stock on the Farmer BackBeat Performer and Performer Plus models. It is also easily carried inside our 17″ x 17″ Soft Case Pouch.
