RETURNS: You have two weeks upon receipt of the instrument to make a return for a full refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to our shop and the shipping costs that you paid to get the instrument will not be refunded. Your instrument must be in mint condition and all packaging and related materials need to be returned. We ask that you contact us before sending anything back and tell us why you are making a return.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
- Farmer Foot Drums is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Each country is different, please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that will apply to you. International customers do not owe any sales tax to the United States.
- Customs Fees are costs that the host country charges to manage the flow of goods in and out of the country. All products go through Customs before going to the buyer and there is a fee associated to manage this process.
- Similar to Customs Fees, Duties/Tariffs are a type of tax placed on the value of the item, plus freight and insurance by country. Duties/Tariffs are designed to protect local businesses and industries in the host country.
